Regarding items sold by Goofi World, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. Suppose the actual cost of an item sold by Goofi World is higher than our stated price. In that case, at our discretion, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the buyer as long as that shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions on the Site. All purchases from the Site are made under a consignment agreement. Consequently, the risk of loss and title to items purchased from the Site passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for claiming damaged or lost shipments with the carrier.
A user may return any unopened or defective item within three(03) days of receiving the item. Goofi World will, at its discretion, refund the value of that item.
