It’s a rare case for Goofi, where customers don’t get their products unharmed. But sometimes, we may fail to fulfill your expectations, and sometimes situations aren’t on our side. But there is now a “Bond of Trust” between customers and Goofi, So to further ensure and encourage this “Bond of Trust,” Goofi brings you The “Return” policy. Customers can return their products only if there’s something wrong with the delivered product. In that case, Goofi will give you fresh products in return. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order/product, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

• It is within 03 Days from the date of delivery.
• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition.
• All the items must be in their original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories for return or exchange.
• Refunds/replacements for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Goofiworld team.
• Our Returns Policy will not cover damages due to neglect, improper usage, or Digital content such as e-books, o online courses, or any other e-service.
• Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, and we will ask no questions.
• The refund value of your order would not include the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge, as these are non-refundable charges.
• If the item came with the free promotional items (including but not limited to gifts/points), the free item must also be returned/refunded.

Reasons for returns & replacement:

• Please contact us within the applicable return window if your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the delivery time. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
• Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed.”
• You have to claim the return of the product within 03 days. You can reach our team for further questions 24/7 at hello@goofiworld.com.
• Please note that Goofi is not obligated to refund the user’s money that he/she paid until the product status is changed to “Returned.”

How to Return:

There are two ways to return/replace the product to us. In Dhaka City, we offer a pick-up service for your return/replacement. Other than Dhaka City, you have to send the product on your own to our office address.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end, and if a return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

• The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your returned product.
• Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund and ask no further questions.
• The refund value of your order would not include the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge, as these are non-refundable charges. 
• If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
• You will receive a refund for payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, or Bank Transfer.
• If online payment is made once more due to a technical error, a payment refund will be made.
• You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this time, please write to us at hello@goofiworld.com, and we shall investigate the case soon.

Goofi – সচরাচর নষ্ট অথবা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পন্য ডেলিভার করে না৷ কিন্তু কখনও কখনও, আমরা আপনার প্রত্যাশা পূরণ করতে ব্যর্থ হতে পারি, এবং কখনও কখনও পরিস্থিতি আমাদের পক্ষে থাকে না। কিন্তু একজন গ্রাহক এবং Goofi – এর মধ্যে একটি “আস্থার বন্ধন” রয়েছে, তাই এই “আস্থার বন্ধন” আরও নিশ্চিত করতে Goofi আপনার জন্য “রিটার্ন” নীতি নিয়ে এসেছে৷ সরবরাহকৃত পণ্যে কোন সমস্যা থাকলে গ্রাহকরা তাদের পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে, Goofi বিনিময়ে আপনাকে নতুন পণ্য দেবে। যদি কোনো কারণে, আপনি আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্যে অসন্তুষ্ট হন, আপনি যতক্ষণ না আপনার আইটেমটি নিম্নলিখিত মানদণ্ড পূরণ করে ততক্ষণ আপনি এটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন:

• ডেলিভারি রিসিভ করার তারিখ থেকে ০৩ দিনের মধ্যে।
• ফেরত দেওয়া বা বিনিময় করা সমস্ত আইটেম অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
• সমস্ত আইটেম অবশ্যই আসল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যে এবং ফেরত বা বিনিময়ের আনুষাঙ্গিকগুলিতে থাকতে হবে।
• পণ্যের জন্য অর্থ ফেরত/পণ্য পরিবর্তন Goofi টিমের দ্বারা যাচাই বাছাই সাপেক্ষে৷
• অনুপযুক্ত ব্যবহার, বা ডিজিটাল সামগ্রী যেমন ই-বুক, অনলাইন কোর্স, বা অন্য কোনো ই-পরিষেবার অপব্যবহার পরিলক্ষিত হলে রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি আওতাভুক্ত হবে না।
• পণ্য স্টকে থাকলে রিপ্লেস প্রসেস করা হবে। যদি পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে তবে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন এবং আমরা কোনও প্রশ্ন করব না।
• আপনার অর্ডারের ফেরত মূল্যের মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং শিপিং চার্জ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে না, কারণ এইগুলি অ-ফেরতযোগ্য চার্জ।
• যদি পন্যের সাথে কোন অতিরিক্ত উপহার আসে, তবে এই আইটেমগুলোও ফেরত দিতে হবে।

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ডের কারণ:

• ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ হলে প্রযোজ্য নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যেই আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
• অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে, কিছু পণ্য ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য নয় যদি পণ্যটির “আর প্রয়োজন নেই।”
• আপনাকে ০৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যের ফেরত দাবি করতে হবে। আপনি ২৪/৭ আরও প্রশ্নের জন্য আমাদের টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন এই ই-মেইলে hello@goofiworld.com
• অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে ক্রেতার অর্থ ফেরত দিতে Goofi বাধ্য নয় যতক্ষণ না পণ্য সফলভাবে রিটার্ন রিসিভ হয়।

আপনার অর্ডার পাওয়ার ০৩ দিনের মধ্যে +8801958636811 কল করে বা hello@goofiworld.com ইমেইল করে Goofi কাস্টমার কেয়ার টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

আমাদের কাছে পণ্যটি ফেরত/প্রতিস্থাপন করার দুটি উপায় রয়েছে। ঢাকা সিটিতে, আমরা আপনার ফেরত/প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য একটি পিক-আপ সার্ভিস অফার করি। ঢাকা সিটি ব্যতীত, আপনাকে আমাদের অফিসের ঠিকানায় আপনার নিজের পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে।

আপনার রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করার পর আমরা পণ্যটির গুণমান পরীক্ষা করব এবং যদি রিটার্ন বৈধ হয়, আমরা পণ্যটিকে রিপ্লেস করব বা ফেরত দিব।

রিফান্ড নীতি:

• আপনার ফেরতকৃত পণ্য মূল্যায়ন সম্পন্ন করার পরে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।
• যদি পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে তবে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।
• আপনার অর্ডারের রিফান্ড মূল্যের মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং শিপিং চার্জ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে না, কারণ এইগুলি অ-ফেরতযোগ্য চার্জ।
• আপনি যদি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) নির্বাচন করে থাকেন, তাহলে এক্সট্রা চার্জ দিতে হবে না কারণ আপনি আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য অর্থপ্রদান করেননি।
• আপনি যদি ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ডেবিট কার্ড, ইন্টারনেট ব্যাঙ্কিং, বা ব্যাঙ্ক ট্রান্সফার ব্যবহার করে থাকেন তাহলে ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট মেথডেই রিফান্ড পাবেন।
• কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে যদি অনলাইনে একাধিকবার পেমেন্ট করা হয়, তাহলে অতিরিক্ত পেমেন্ট আপনাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

আপনি ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যে কোনো সময় রিফান্ড পাবেন। আপনি যদি এই সময়ের মধ্যে রিফান্ড না পান, দয়া করে আমাদেরকে এই ঠিকানায় hello@goofiworld.com ইমেইল করুন এবং আমরা শীঘ্রই প্রয়োজনীয় উদ্যোগ গ্রহন করব।
